Scheduling Appointment
Appointments can be scheduled by email, phone, or text.
Be ready to provide the exact address, lockbox number, and a bit of information about the property (such as a number of bedrooms/baths, finished basement, etc.) .
Please share any special requests or outstanding details of the property
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Cancellations/rescheduling require 48-hour advance notice in order to avoid the Cancellation Fee of $100.
Same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount of your session.
Home Preparation for the Photoshoot
The property should be clean and ready prior to the photo shoot.
PRO TIPS:
- Kitchen counters clean and free of clutter.
- Carpets vacuumed
- Trash can hiddened
- Beds made
- Bathrooms – mirrors clean, and sinks free of personal items
- Front of home – remove trash cans, toys, rakes, or other items
- Replace light bulbs as needed
Inclement Weather
Photos will be taken rain or shine unless it is completely necessary. If the weather is severe then exterior photos will be rescheduled.
Payment
We accept PayPal and Credit cards. Payment must be made prior to a photoshoot.
Delivery and Time
Most photos are returned the same day, while it can take up to 24 hours. Images are delivered by DropBox. Matterport usually takes up to 12 hours but can take up to 24 hours depends on the size of home.
